Growing up, I never had my own room. I bounced around between my three sisters rooms (two shared one room, the other had her own) and my parents. Even though it was a little chaotic – it was a memorable childhood. So fast forward to now, it has been so much fun to create a space for my very own little girl. I’m always moving things around and changing it up a bit here and there. Heres a little look into Ella’s room.
We just received the Kalani 3-Drawer Dresser from Davinci Baby and I love it so much. We were going dresser-less for awhile which made her room a disaster zone, because hanging every piece of clothing was such a pain. And I’m sure my laziness contributed to the multiple piles of laundry on the floor. So this dresser was perfect for helping us getting back some organization. It’s so sturdy and has plenty of room in each drawer. Now let’s hope she doesn’t figure out how fun it is to empty the drawers by rumbling through her clothes for the last clean pair of underwear. HA.
I found that cute little gum ball machine this past weekend at Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market. It’s in amazing condition and actually works. I have felt balls in there for decoration right now 🙂
Ella keeps saying “look at my room”! That has been on repeat for the last few days and every time she says it, she will drag you by the hand and bring you to her room. It really is the sweetest thing to see how excited she is. How cute is that rattan hanging doll chair from @foundersgrove ?
I get emotional thinking about her making memories in this room. I know I already have some sweet moments that will last forever. I’m off to try to wrangle the kids and get going for the day. Hope you have a great week!
